NVR Records Real-Time at 30 Frames-per-Second on all 32 Channels
The Montavue 32 channel NVR is equipped with an incredible Quad-Core embedded processor capable of recording 4K resolution video in real time (30 frames per second) on all 32 channels. 2K & 4K resolution brings greater details to your video, and allows you to utilize the extra resolution when you need to identify finer details.
Our camera records real-time at 30FPS in 2K 4MP resolution. This ensures you have the recording speed to record and view fluid movement on the screen, as it is real-time.
Intelligent Video Surveillance (IVS)
The Montavue Network Video Recorder and 30 cameras are equipped to work with our Intelligent Video Surveillance features. These include tripwire and intrusion. These IVS features allow you to monitor the area you are covering very precisely and efficiently, so you are only alerted when you want to be according to your settings. You can know exactly when someone or object crosses an invisible line, leaves or enters a space, and more.
Superior Clarity and Resolution
Montavue 2K and 4K surveillance cameras are equipped with the best components made on the market to produce the clearest image possible. We strive to produce quality cameras that will give each one of our customers the best image at a very competitive price. Every Montavue camera is equipped with industry-leading True Wide Dynamic Range (WDR), Backlight Compensation (BLC), Highlight Compensation (HLC), and 3D Dynamic Noise Reduction technologies (3D DNR). WDR, BLC, and HLC all fix lighting issues with producing a quality image by minimizing the effects of bright backgrounds and foregrounds and lights in between. The goal is to produce an image that looks similar to if you were there in person. 3D DNR is an important feature for night vision and low light video. It reduces the fuzzy hazy images that are produced from noise transmitted from the camera, which creates a clearer image, cuts down on storage, and reduces false motion alerts.
Continuous, Scheduled, Motion, and IVS Recording Options
With the Montavue 4K NVR's you are able to record your security footage in four ways, and using a different setting on each camera. First you have continuous recording to your hard drive, this gives you continuous coverage with no gaps, but uses the most hard drive storage. Second, you can schedule the cameras to record only during certain times, for example when you leave for work or away from home. Third, you can set up motion detection and the NVR will only record when the camera senses that motion. This advanced 4K NVR uses a pre-recording function that allows you to record up to 5 seconds before the motion was detected, so you don't miss the moments before the motion. Lastly, you can use advanced IVS features such as tripwire, intrusion, and more to initiate recording.
All of these settings are individual to each camera, giving you the ability to have some set as continuous in high-traffic areas, and some scheduled, while the rest are motion. This allows you to maximize your storage capacity.
Advanced Motion Detection Supported
With the Montavue NVR and Montavue Cameras, you have the ability to create very distinct motion detection zones. This gives you complete control over the alerts you receive on your phone, or record to your NVR. This advanced feature from Montavue allows you to only view and record the things that matter most. Each individual zone has its own sensitivity levels and thresholds. Gives you the power to fine-tune the zones to your exact liking and minimize false notifications from pets.
Innovative H.265 Video Compression for Less Storage and Bandwidth
The Montavue NVR and Montavue Cameras are equipped with top of the line H.265 video compression. Compression is what helps minimize the storage needed to store your video and also reduces the bandwidth needed to send video through the network and to your mobile device. With H.265 compression, you can save up to 50% of storage compared to traditional H.264 compression. Or you can save up to 2x as much video when compared to H.264 with the same amount of storage used. Additionally, it increases the speed at which video transmits through the network and to your mobile device as they are smaller files. H.265 compression reduces the file size which in turn increases the speed at which you receive video on your mobile devices and takes up less bandwidth on your network
Wide Field of View
When it comes to the field of view, these 2K resolution cameras have a perfectly wide horizontal field of view of 102º. A 102° field of view is perfect for monitoring large areas, with good focus and clarity. When placing in a corner you are able to see wall to wall. One thing to check to make sure you are comparing apples to apples between cameras, is the difference between a horizontal and diagonal field of view. Make sure that both are horizontal or diagonal.
6TB Surveillance-Grade Hard Drive Preinstalled
The Montavue NVR comes with a 6TB pre-installed surveillance grade hard drive. The hard drives we use are specifically designed to function under heavy use. They are designed to write and read constantly, and allow you to view playback at the same time it is recording new footage. If you need additional storage, just let us know and we can configure and enhance your setup and installation.
Automatic hard drive overwriting
Montavue NVR's are pre-programmed to automatically overwrite the oldest footage when the hard drive storage is full. You will never have to go in there to manually delete footage to make room for the new footage coming in. You can also set the NVR to stop recording once full, but then you have to manually delete the old footage to free up space.
USB Data Transfers, HDMI and VGA Output
If you need to pull your most important clips off your NVR so the hard drive doesn’t overwrite them, we have equipped the NVR with 3 USB ports. Just plug it in, transfer video, and you won’t lose those important moments. The NVR is also equipped with 2 HDMI ports and 2 VGA ports you can choose whether you want to display standard or high definition output to any monitor with live view, playback, etc.
